Q: Can I watch golf when I am not working?
A: Yes, your credential is valid for the entire week and we encourage you to do so. On days that you are working as a volunteer, before or after your shift, you are welcome to watch golf as a spectator. On days that you are not working as a volunteer, please do not wear your uniform.
Q: How do I know my schedule?
A: If you are still unsure of your schedule, please contact your committee chairman.
Q: What do I do if my uniform does not fit?
A: Limited exchange opportunities will be available prior to your first shift in Volunteer Headquarters.
Q: What do I do if I could not attend Orientation and did not pick up my credential?
A: Credential pick up will be available prior to your first shift in Volunteer Headquarters.
Q: What do I do if I did not receive a parking pass?
A: Please pick one up anytime during the week in Volunteer Headquarters. The first few days of the championship, our parking attendants at Lot V will be very leniant on requiring your pass.
Q: What do I wear with my uniform?
A: Please wear golf-appropriate khaki bottoms (skort, shorts, pants, capris) and comfortable shoes (no metal spikes).
Q: Since I'm not allowed a cell phone, what do I do in case of emergencies?
A: Please provide your family members your committee chairman's phone number, which can be found in the Volunteer Handbook. Several call stations are located throughout the course as well.
